At Ostique, we want you to love every product you purchase from us and have the best experience possible while you do so. There may, however, be times when the product you ordered is not exactly what you wanted or expected.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please initiate the returns process and return goods to:

Any item(s) returned for a refund must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Once your item has been received and reviewed, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for each item, less the delivery charge. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method. Ostique reserves the right to refuse refunds of any return which is deemed non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please return the item to us as soon as possible, using the same method as a return, so we can get your refund processed as soon as possible. Please note: we are unable to send replacements for faulty items.

If you no longer have your Returns Form, you can download it again here, and post back to us from your local post office. Please remember to keep your proof of postage. Postage is at your own cost.

How to return an item

Email to notify us of your return.

Please include the following information in your email:

· Order number.

· Item being returned.

· Reason for return. For example: incorrect item(s) received; faulty; no longer wanted.

· Any additional information (optional).


Please complete the returns form (you will find this in your Ostique Sk.ns box) and include this inside your return package. Please send your return package to: Ostique Team, 3PLWOW LTD, Unit A Wesley Drive, Benton Square Industrial Estate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 9UP. Please ensure you get proof of postage when returning goods to us.

· Item(s) received back in an unacceptable condition for reasons of hygiene, damage or unsuitable condition will be refused a refund.

· Item(s) received back that smell of smoke, which includes the smell of medical marijuana, will be refused a refund.

· Ostique cannot accept responsibility for lost returns and regret that we are also unable to reimburse postage.

· Ostique will not accept returns of any items that were sold as part of an offer or in our 'Clearance' Section of the website, where applicable.

· Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ostique strives to ensure that every customer is wholly satisfied with the way in which they receive their order. For this reason, all products sent within the UK are via Royal Mail and are Signed For deliveries.

Shipping rates vary based on the delivery destination and courier. Goods are usually received within 2-5 working days within the UK. Please allow 10-12 working days for deliveries outside of the UK.

Please note that we are unable to ship to a PO Box address.

When entering your Billing address details, make sure these are entered exactly as it appears on your Card Statement otherwise it will be declined.

Important information for International Returns: Please ensure that packaged items are clearly marked with 'FOR REFUND' on the outside of the package. Otherwise, local customs will keep your package and we will never receive it. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any packages that go missing in transit when returning goods.
